• If your equipment needs to be formatted and reloaded or your hard drive requires replacement, we will consult closely with you, the customer, to ensure that all accessible user data is captured and stored before any further work is carried out.
• Equipment left with Dr Laptop for recycling will have all data securely erased. No data leaves our premises.
